Birth Doula Support

Services upon contract signing include:Pregnancy :
-Unlimited call & text support - 24/7
-Access to an evidence-based resources
-Creation of a birth plan
- 3 prenatal meetings
BIRTHday :
-Joining you for in-person support during the onset of active labor or prior if you desire support
-Continuous labor support: comfort measures, affirmations, breathing techniques, guiding other birth partners to play a comfortable role in the birth experience, reassurance & affirmations, self-advocacy tools
-Support 1-2 hours after birth: promoting golden hour, initiating feeding, newborn procedure awareness, and bonding
Postpartum :
There will be two postpartum meetings to celebrate your birth experience—one between 3 and 5 days of life and one between 20 and 30 days of life.
- To process the birth, gain hands-on newbron or lactation support, help establish a postpartum plan, and promote healing
Please note: This package is offered virtually, for those who are in need of virtual support. Virtual package includes the same offering but via text and video-chat instead of in person meetings.

Postpartum Doula Support
Day Support $45/hr
Nightime Support $50/hr
Postpartum Support Includes:- Support in processing birth story and postpartum transitions
- Emotional support and companionship for postpartum parent(s) through communication and holding space
- Education on newborn care, feeding, transitional periods, postpartum recovery, bonding
- Light house work such as help tidying up, folding laundry, help with dishes
- Assistance and support with feedings- Helping to provide newborn care such as diapering, sleep, and family bonding
- Demonstration and encouragement of baby-wearing techniques
- Encouraging self-efficacy in advocating as a parent
- Helping to foster positive communication within family units and with providers, joining for meetings or appointments when desired
- Providing necessary resources and referrals to local professional, vetted providers
- Support for partner(s) and older siblings in their journey- Helping with meal preparation, nutritional snacks, and hydration
- Assisting with transitional points in the day. Such as when older siblings come home from school, before bedtime, and morning routines

Birth + Postpartum : Full Spectrum Package
$2850
Service includes birth doula support and 20 hours of contracted daytime postpartum support to be used as you see fit within the first 6 months of your little one’s arrival.In addition to a belly binding sessions: belly bind, binding application, home made belly oil, and demonstration of how to bind at-home solo.
Per session minimum: 4 hours
Per Session maximum: 10 hours
- If nighttime postpartum support is desired within the 20 hours of postpartum support, there is an additional overnight fee of $100 per night.

4 hours of planning: split between 2, 2-hour sessions or 1,4 hour session - if local, meeting options are also available
Access to birth plan témplates for a variety of birth settings
Access to postpartum plan templates to create a plan for the first 8 weeks
Looking over the plans together, while answering any questions, ideas, or concerns you may have
Collaborating on the plan together to ensure you feel it meets your desires for the vision of your birth and postpartum journey

Teach baby gear basics – like carriers, bottle warmers, monitors, and more.
Label and organize household spaces – pantry, fridge, baby feeding supplies, etc.
Guide conversations on boundaries – including visitor preferences and postpartum care.
Support the whole family – helping partners and siblings prepare for their roles.
Meal prep assistance – light cooking, freezer meals, and organizing food support.
Help with planning and packing – including the hospital bag and a postpartum plan binder.
