The Nurture Package combines my Embrace Birth support with extended postpartum care, offering continuity, priority scheduling, and built-in savings for families who want ongoing support beyond the birth room.
By reserving postpartum care in advance, families receive over $350 in bundled value while ensuring hands-on support during the first 6 to 12 weeks—when rest, reassurance, and experienced guidance matter most.

Nest Postpartum Doula Support
Create your own flexible, personalized postpartum care, designed to meet your family where you are.
Whether you need daytime help or overnight support, this option allows you to build care around your schedule, recovery, and household needs.
Rates:
$45/hour (day support)
$50/hour (night support)

Details:
4-hour minimum per shift
8-hour maximum per shift
Minimum of 2 shifts per week
Support may include newborn care, feeding support, light household help, and emotional support for the whole family.

4 hours of planning: split between 2, 2-hour sessions or 1,4 hour session - if local, meeting options are also available
Access to birth plan templates for a variety of birth settings
Access to postpartum plan templates to create a plan for the first 6 weeks
Looking over the plans together, while answering any questions, ideas, or concerns you may have
